Project: Grandstand in Den Bosch
For this project, we worked with the Delft 45KD/1000 cold roof profile. The chosen Magnelis® ZM310 coating is an advanced corrosion-resistant metal coating that offers outstanding protection against rust, even in the most demanding environments. This zinc-aluminium-magnesium alloy ensures long-lasting durability and excellent performance.
Collaboration and execution
The project ran exceptionally smoothly. Despite a heatwave, the team from P-Design Montage and Industriebouw managed to complete the work ahead of schedule, with zero punch list items. The cooperation with Bouwbedrijf Van den Bouwhuijsen and Delft Metal was excellent. Deliveries arrived on time, and the quality of the cladding provided great peace of mind during the installation.
Material choice
Clear requirements were set for the span: 1 mm thick material, coated on both sides for outdoor use. The choice fell on Magnelis® cladding – exactly the product that met all specifications.
A personal touch
The client felt an extra sense of pride in this project, as their company is based in the Den Bosch region. “It feels special to work on a project so close to home. Several of our employees sit under this grandstand all year round, which makes it just that bit more personal.”
